  • Generate dispute letters and legal research summaries
  • Process payments for paid plans
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, letter delivery)
  • Improve our analysis tools and state law database
  • Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — authentication and data storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • SendGrid — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your CC&R text, dispute details, and generated letters are yours.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and dispute records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@hoaoverreach.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Data at rest is stored in encrypted databases. We follow security best practices, but no system is 100% secure.
